rachelrocks: santa monica, california, United States; i've been singing and playing my guitar for the past 20 years. some of the most amazing moments of my life have been spent on stages, in parks or sitting by campfires. sometimes the audience is full of strangers, sometimes i'm surrounded by people i love, but one thing always stays the same. i play and i sing. of course, i've had dreams of playing on the world's stage, of being internationally recognized and celebrated for the music i make, but the fact that this has never happened hasn't deterred my love for performing one bit. so, i've come to realize, the size of the audience is irrelevant. some of my best shows have been played for one or two people. but still, i do want to have some place where i, and whoever else cares to, can go to hear the music i make. that place is here. sometimes i'll play my favorite songs by other artists and sometimes i'll play my own. i'll include working lyrics and poetry too, because they're all part of what i want to share and keep. these are my songs. one every day if i can. this is my project. i hope you enjoy listening as much as i enjoy playing. thank you
